10th grade male student in Soc Son was forced by classmate to lick license plate, school reported to Department

(Dan Tri) - Minh Phu High School, Hanoi, has sent a document to the Department of Education and Training about the incident in which a student of this school was bullied, forced to crawl and lick the license plate.

A clip circulating on social media shows a male student being surrounded by a group of students, continuously yelled at, and forced to kneel.

Notably, one of the group forced the male student to crawl behind the motorbike and lick the license plate. When the male student hesitated, the other youth kicked him in the face. Finally, the male student complied with the group’s demands, but continued to be beaten.

The clip caused outrage. Many readers commented that they cried while watching the clip because they thought of the male student who was the same age as their child.

The male student is said to be a 10th grade student at Minh Phu High School, Soc Son commune (formerly Soc Son district), Hanoi .

Ms. Tran Thi Luc - Principal of Minh Phu High School - said she had reported the incident to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training and refused to provide further information.

According to Dan Tri reporter’s private source, the male student who was abused in the clip has returned to school. The incident is being verified by Soc Son commune police.
