Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of Vietnam Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, there were Ms. Tran Thi Hue Chi - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Tran Dinh Khai Hoan - Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director; Nguyen Duc Tien - Deputy General Director; Dr. Nguyen Van Binh - Consultant, Institute of Railway Technology Research and Development, along with members of the Board of Directors, representatives of leaders of Departments, offices, and experts.
On the side of the University, there were Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long - Principal; Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Principal; Dr. Ngo Thi Thanh Huong - Head of Science, Technology and International Cooperation Department, and representatives of the Faculty of Transport Economics , Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Construction, and High-speed Railway Center.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long - Principal of the School, with the advantage of possessing a team of lecturers and scientists with high professional qualifications, enthusiasm and focusing on in-depth research in key areas of the railway industry such as infrastructure, vehicles, transportation, etc., this is a solid foundation for the School to improve the quality of training, research and gradually master advanced technologies, effectively serving the development of the industry.
In particular, in the context of the transportation industry facing strong innovation requirements, the close connection between the School and domestic and foreign enterprises is always focused on in order to build a training model closely linked to practice, flexibly adapting to modern technology trends, while creating sustainable values for learners and the whole society.

On the side of Vietnam Railway Transport Joint Stock Company (TRV), Ms. Tran Thi Hue Chi - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors shared the Company's development orientation in modernizing railway transport activities, and expressed her desire to accompany the University of Transport Technology (UTT) in training, research and application of new technologies. As an enterprise operating in the field of railway logistics, production and operation of railway cars, training and consulting on appraisal of railway projects, Vietnam Railway Transport Joint Stock Company (TRV) is currently developing cooperative relationships with Korea, Japan, China and Australia - leading countries in the field of high-speed railway.

According to the signed agreement, the two sides committed to comprehensive cooperation in many areas: jointly developing and implementing specialized training programs on high-speed railways; organizing training and human resource development, ensuring employment opportunities for students after graduation; creating conditions for students to practice and directly participate in practical projects at home and abroad. At the same time, the two sides will coordinate research, application and transfer of new technologies in the design, construction and operation of modern railway systems; organizing professional seminars, etc.

With a key role ineducation , the University of Transport Technology (UTT) will prepare adequate facilities, equipment and teaching staff to serve training, develop curriculum and implement related activities. Meanwhile, Vietnam Railway Transport Joint Stock Company (TRV) plays the role of an international bridge, providing experts and curriculum from foreign organizations and connecting with domestic and foreign agencies to ensure quality output for students.

Hopefully, the cooperation between the University of Transport Technology and Vietnam Railway Transport Joint Stock Company will open up many new development opportunities in training, research and application of modern technology, contributing to promoting the modernization of Vietnam's railway industry, especially in the field of high-speed railway.
