Non-public schools and educational enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City need to change their seals and licenses. Where should they contact?

On August 15, at the 263rd Conference of Dialogue between Enterprises and City Government, Mr. Nguyen Ke Toai - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City - answered about the instructions related to changing the seal and applying for licenses of non-public educational institutions after the merger.

Accordingly, after merging 3 provinces and cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau , Binh Duong and implementing 2-level government, implementing current administrative regulations, businesses and educational institutions must carry out the seal change process according to the directive.

The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City has issued a document providing guidance on changing seals to educational institutions, including non-public educational institutions.

Currently, the department continues to coordinate with the police and local authorities to help businesses quickly change their seals to have a legal basis for carrying out activities in accordance with State regulations.

If there are any problems in the process of changing the seal or adjusting the license, the units need to contact the Department of Education and Training's Personnel Department for specific instructions.

"We have a direction to resolve this issue soon for businesses and non-public schools," Mr. Toai affirmed.

Mr. Toai also added that the dialogue conference between businesses and the government on August 15 is an opportunity for the city to listen, discuss, and resolve difficulties of businesses investing in the education sector.
