Accordingly, depending on the conditions of facilities, teaching staff, etc., the Department of Education and Training allocates enrollment quotas for grade 10 to 64 non-public schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

Among them, the non-public schools with the highest enrollment quotas for grade 10 are Tran Cao Van, Nam Viet, Ngo Thoi Nhiem, Le Thanh Tong, Nguyen Khuyen...

The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City stipulates that private schools can only be organized and operate at facilities (locations) that have been granted permission to operateeducation by the Department. At the same time, they must not enroll more than their quota, and their enrollment records must comply with regulations, ensuring adequate facilities and implementation of educational programs.

Currently, Ho Chi Minh City has about 85 non-public schools enrolling 10th grade students. Schools that have not yet been assigned 10th grade quotas for the 2025-2026 school year include Thang Long High School, Ngoc Vien Dong, Viet Anh, Viet Thanh, Dong A, Khai Minh, Chau A Thai Binh Duong , APU... The Department of Education and Training requests that these schools quickly overcome the content to ensure compliance with regulations and attach supporting documents for the department to consider and decide on assigning quotas.
