Wanted young man stole 300 million VND from his boss's account to play games

On June 9, Hanoi City Police announced that the Long Bien District Police Investigation Agency had issued a wanted notice for Nguyen Ky Anh (born 2000, Dang Xa Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi City) for the crime of using computer networks, telecommunications networks, and electronic means to commit acts of property appropriation.

According to the investigation, on September 23, 2022, in Phuc Loi ward, Long Bien district, Nguyen Ky Anh saw that his boss, Ms. C., had forgotten her phone on the desk, so he took Ms. C.'s phone SIM card and inserted it into his phone to receive Ms. C's account OTP code.

On February 15, 2023, Long Bien District Police Department issued a decision to prosecute Nguyen Ky Anh for the crime of "Using computer networks, telecommunications networks, and electronic means to commit acts of property appropriation".

However, the suspect fled his residence and his whereabouts are currently unknown. On April 28, the Long Bien District Police Department issued a wanted notice for Nguyen Ky Anh.
