The video was filmed at the railway coffee street section through Phung Hung (Hang Bong ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi) on the morning of June 17. When the train arrived, residents and business owners asked tourists to stand in the safe zone. The girl suddenly rushed out, standing on the tracks to pose. The train continuously sounded the horn to warn of danger.

Witnessing the tourist's reckless actions, a man standing on the side of the road rushed over and pulled the girl to the sidewalk before the train arrived.

On the afternoon of June 18, speaking with VietNamNet reporters, a representative of Hoan Kiem District Police said that they had received information about the incident and directed forces to inspect and search for the girl.

In addition, a representative of Hoan Kiem District Police also informed: "The unit is requesting the authorities to fence off this railway corridor to avoid danger to everyone."

Last year, Hoan Kiem district requested Hang Bong, Cua Nam, Cua Dong, Hang Ma, and Dong Xuan wards to propagate and mobilize households living in the railway traffic corridor area to strictly comply with the Railway Law, ensuring security and safety of the railway traffic corridor.
