The first thing that the Thai publication advised the home team was the dedicated playing style that CAHN always pursues. This playing style is shaped based on the typical tactical style of coach Mano Polking. Dedicated playing can help CAHN create sympathy in the eyes of fans but is also an opportunity for opponents to exploit.

Siamsport analyzed: “Alexandre Polking is famous for his attacking style of play. That is why CAHN FC has become a team that brings excitement to fans. They play with dedication in every match. But that comes with a leaky defense, creating many gaps for opponents to attack.”

Regarding CAHN's strength, Siamsport newspaper acknowledged that this is a top team, heavily invested with abundant resources: "CAHN is ranked 5th but their potential is the strongest in the Vietnam National Championship. The fighting spirit of the players, especially the Vietnamese players in the CAHN squad, is also very high and it promises to put pressure on Buriram's defense system. Remember in the group stage, they won 5 consecutive matches, scoring 15 goals, no team has done this yet".

Buriram has an extremely strong squad

Coach Polking's understanding of Thai football is also another advantage for the Vietnamese representative. "Polking led the Thai national team to win the AFF Cup twice in a row (2020 and 2022) before going his own way. After that, he took on the management job at CAHN. The German-Brazilian coach is very knowledgeable about Thai football because he came here in 2012 and has also managed many clubs, starting with Army United, Suphanburi and Bangkok United. That allows him to be confident when facing a Thai club," the publication wrote.

Finally, Siamsport admitted that with the dense competition schedule and having to travel a lot, it will not be easy for Buriram United to defeat CAHN, thereby helping Thai football to get revenge on Vietnam at the club level.

“Buriram are fighting on five fronts, with a frequency of four matches per day. Although the club has many quality players, capable of dividing into two teams, having to compete at such a frequency and facing opponents who are trying more than 100%, they are likely to make mistakes,” the Thai newspaper concluded.
