From June 1, stop collecting union fees for union members of administrative agencies, public service units receiving 100% of state budget salary, and armed forces.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee, from June 1, 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will stop collecting union dues and trade union funds from union members, grassroots trade unions of administrative agencies, public service units receiving 100% of state budget salaries, and armed forces - these are units that will cease operations according to Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Regarding union officials and staff policies, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor directs units to synthesize the number of full-time union officials, including the expected number of people transferred to the Central and equivalent industry unions, and general corporation unions under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to continue working; the number of people who have submitted resignations or transferred to other jobs as desired; propose plans for job arrangements, resolve staff policies, and report to the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for consideration and direction.

Full-time union officials who are not on the civil service payroll shall proactively coordinate with employers of units and enterprises to propose to the Party Committees of central ministries and branches to arrange suitable work.

Along with that, the units do a good job of political and ideological work for cadres, union members and workers when implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus according to the general policy of the Party, State and Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
