From overweight, 15-year-old girl lost 17kg after severe dengue shock

After nearly 3 months of treatment with 10 continuous dialysis sessions and organ support, the child's condition gradually improved, his urine output improved, his liver and kidney function returned to normal, he was taken off the ventilator, and he was alert...

After 3 months of treatment, the child's weight was 37kg. A nutritionist was consulted for a suitable diet to help the child recover physically.

Doctors recommend that parents should actively kill mosquitoes, larvae, sleep under mosquito nets and need to monitor and detect early signs to take their children to a medical facility promptly.
