In the 4th working week of the 10th Session (from November 10-14), the National Assembly considered many important contents on the agenda.
The National Assembly spent the morning of November 10 meeting on personnel work.
Regarding legislative work, the National Assembly discussed the following projects: Law on Population; Law on Disease Prevention; Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, Law on Complaints, Law on Denunciation; Law on Investment (amended); Law on Drug Prevention and Control (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices; Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation (amended).
The National Assembly also considered and commented on the following projects: Law on Enforcement of Criminal Judgments (amended); Law on Enforcement of Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving Place of Residence; Law on Construction (amended); Law on E-Commerce; Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of 10 Laws Related to Security and Order; Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Deposit Insurance (amended).
During the working week, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution on the 2026 socio -economic development plan; Resolution on the 2026 state budget estimate; Resolution on the central budget allocation plan for 2026; and discussed the proposal to ratify the Agreement in the foreign affairs field at the request of the President.
The National Assembly listened to the Presentation and Review Report on the investment policy of the Gia Binh International Airport Construction Investment Project./.
