Working week 5 of the 10th Session, the National Assembly focuses on legislative work

Notably, the National Assembly spent the entire day of November 20 discussing the following drafts: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended); Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development. The session was televised and broadcast live for voters and people to follow.

During the working week, the National Assembly reviewed and commented on the following projects: Law on National Reserves (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption; Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended). At the same time, the National Assembly discussed the following projects: Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer; Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics; Law on Bankruptcy (amended); Law on Artificial Intelligence.

The National Assembly also discussed the drafts: Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies to effectively implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health; Resolution of the National Assembly stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in organizing the implementation of the Land Law; Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of specific mechanisms and policies to improve the effectiveness of international integration; On the investment policy of the Gia Binh International Airport construction investment project.
