Overcoming unfavorable weather conditions and rugged mountainous terrain, the two sides' forces inspected border markers, border lines, trails, and open roads... The activities aimed to ensure political security, order, and social safety in the border area, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
The patrol contributed to enhancing the effectiveness of coordination between the two sides, consolidating the special cooperation and solidarity between the two countries in general and between the two units in particular, and at the same time, promptly detecting and handling violations of border and border gate regulations. The entire patrol process ensured absolute safety for people, equipment and documents.
On this occasion, Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station presented gifts to Border Guard Company 221.
On this occasion, from April 18 to 21, Na Loi Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) also coordinated with the Police and Military of Na Loi and Dooc May communes to conduct a closed patrol of the border section from marker 399 to marker 401, 6.748 km long.
Despite the hot weather and complex terrain, the patrol force inspected and cleaned the border markers and cleared the border, creating favorable conditions for management and protection. The patrol results did not detect any violations such as encroachment or illegal settlement, contributing to maintaining sovereignty and border security.
