The Provincial Police Youth Union coordinated with Nghia Hung District Youth Union to clean up the marine environment.

The "Green March" campaign is an annual activity of the Provincial Police Youth Union on the annual volunteer occasion. Participating in the campaign, police officers and soldiers spread out to all roads in the province to carry out many projects and youth tasks full of profound humanitarian meaning, with climax activities such as: "Volunteers for beloved juniors"; "Nam Dinh Police Youth join hands to build new rural areas"; "Volunteers for civilized urban areas and support people in performing online public services, handling administrative procedures"... In particular, the model "Volunteer Saturday to handle administrative procedures for people" is a meaningful activity, contributing to building the image of Nam Dinh Police officers and soldiers as enthusiastic, friendly, thoughtful and responsible in the hearts of the people. Ms. Do Thi Huong, in Quang Trung ward (Nam Dinh city) said that when she came to the Center for Public Administration Services, Administrative Procedure Control and Provincial Investment Promotion to handle administrative procedures in the electronic environment, she was warmly greeted, welcomed and enthusiastically guided by the members of the Youth Union and the Provincial Police. After asking clearly about the procedures to be done, the members informed about the procedural process, checked the relevant documents and papers and quickly transferred them to the professional staff for processing. In less than 10 minutes, the documents were completed, making Ms. Huong feel very satisfied. This is a practical work, not only quickly handling administrative procedures but also helping people better understand the implementation processes through the guidance of the members of the Youth Union and the Police.

Implementing the "Green March" campaign, in recent years, the Provincial Police Youth Union has established a shock force, volunteering to join hands for community life. With the motto "Widespread - safe - effective - sustainable", the "Green March" campaign clearly identifies specific projects and tasks associated with the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring social security, national defense and security; thereby, strengthening solidarity, gathering young people, consolidating and improving the quality and affirming the position and role of the Youth Union in the armed forces. Accordingly, the Provincial Police Youth Union has been proactive in activities to ensure security, order and traffic safety; propaganda to prevent and combat drugs and social evils; Coordinated to participate in activities to support the exam season, give gifts to students in difficult circumstances, participate in environmental sanitation activities, clean the sea campaign... From 2024 to present, the Provincial Police Youth Union has participated in the voluntary blood donation program with the theme "Blood drops of love for beloved comrades", "Pink blood drops", "Red Sunday" attracting a large number of youth union members to collect over 300 units of blood; organized the program "Provincial Police Youth supports disadvantaged children to go to school" for the period 2023-2027, supported 11 children with the level of 300-500 thousand VND/child/month. The Provincial Police Youth Union also actively participated in the "Summer Youth Volunteer" campaign in 2024 organized by the Youth Union of the Ministry of Public Security, coordinated the construction and donation of the "Lighting up the Village" project with 1km of solar lights worth 40 million VND to the Mong village in Bac Yen district (Son La); participated in medical examination, treatment, and free medicine distribution to people in Giao Lac commune (Giao Thuy); coordinated with the Youth Union of Nghia Hung and Giao Thuy districts to organize the "Let's clean up the sea" program at some beaches in the province; organized volunteer police youth teams to participate in overcoming the consequences of floods. In addition, the Provincial Police Youth Union organized the program "Learning to be a police officer", coordinated with the Standing Committee of Vu Ban District Youth Union to visit and present 10 gifts to 10 families with meritorious services to the revolution, policy families, and wounded soldiers in Minh Tan commune; Coordinate with the Youth Union of Minh Thuan commune to organize the program "Gratitude Meal" at the house of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Lo, Duyen Ha village, Minh Tan commune; The Youth Union and the Women's Committee of the Provincial Police established a Working Group "Youth and Women of the Provincial Police - Pioneers in digital transformation" to participate in guiding and supporting people in implementing the process of handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment at the Center for Public Administration Services, Administrative Procedure Control and Provincial Investment Promotion. Organize for 380 union members and youth of the district and commune-level Police to propagate online public services to people; coordinate with the Youth Union of communes in the area to launch, distribute leaflets and provide detailed advice on operations to use online public services, contributing to raising awareness of people, businesses, and officials, implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment, contributing to socio-economic development. Captain Pham Thanh Tung, Head of the Provincial Police Youth Union, said: The "Green March" campaign is a practical activity to strengthen political and ideological education, help union members and young people apply their knowledge into practice, raise awareness of the role of the masses and the close relationship with the people in performing the tasks of the police. At the same time, it promotes the vanguard role of the People's Police youth in participating in the construction of new rural areas and contributing to ensuring security and order in the locality.

With practical work, the young soldiers are always proactive, creative, and enthusiastic in developing the local economy, building new rural areas, and implementing social security, especially in areas with many disadvantaged families. Thereby, they have contributed to strengthening the trust and love of the people for the armed forces in general and the Provincial Police in particular.
