Quang Nam Youth launched the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign

The Quang Nam Province Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign will take place from now until the end of August 2025, and is expected to attract more than 150,000 union members and young people to participate. The provincial Youth Union chapters will focus on implementing 1 program: "Supporting the exam season" and 4 campaigns: "Green Summer", "Red Flamboyant", "Pink Vacation", "Green March"; setting out 7 targets for the Youth Union chapters and associations to implement in the campaign.

The Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign is an exciting activity of the youth of the whole province, demonstrating the pioneering and voluntary role of union members and youth association members in participating in socio -economic development, solving issues of public concern, and organizing summer activities for teenagers and children.

At the launching ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee launched a response to the 60-day peak period of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in all levels of the provincial Youth Union. The key target is to strive to eliminate at least 30 temporary and dilapidated houses in the list allocated by the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses, as well as the target for completion for the whole year 2025.

With the sponsorship of Dacotex Hai Au Xanh Company Limited and the Center for Training, Professional Development and Vocational Education No. 3 (Mobile Police Command - Ministry of Public Security ), the Provincial Youth Union presented a project to light up the countryside road with solar energy lamps to Phuoc Kim commune; and provided funding to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for 2 households in Phuoc Son district.

At the same time, the "Youth Bookcase for Studying and Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" was presented to Phuoc Kim Commune Youth Union; 200 seedlings were given to 10 disadvantaged youth households and 20 gifts were given to students.

Phuoc Son District Youth Union - Youth Union also presented a project for the school. Phuoc Kim Commune People's Committee awarded 8 "Lighting up dreams" scholarships to students who overcame difficulties to study well.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, a series of activities took place, such as: Starting construction and repairing houses; constructing rural road lighting projects; training on transferring science and technology in fruit tree planting for union members and youth; training on implementing the movement "Digital Education for the People"...
