Accordingly, the Commune Youth Union has organized and implemented many projects and tasks such as: Concreting rural roads, implementing a lighting system for rural roads or green, clean, beautiful roads...

The activities of the Youth Union of Tan Ly Dong commune are increasingly going into depth, in line with the practical situation of youth life, receiving the participation of a large number of union members and young people, making an important contribution to the cause of building and developing the homeland, and being supported, recognized and highly appreciated by the Party Committee, government and people.

In addition, meaningful programs such as: "Green Sunday", "Volunteer Saturday" ... are regularly organized by the Commune Youth Union. Accordingly, the force of cadres, members, and Youth Union members of the commune actively participate in many campaigns to cut down green trees, clean up the environment, plant 500 yellow trumpet trees and take care of green trees on the "Green Road" route; salvage water hyacinth on canals, ditches, collect waste on the roads ... Thereby, raising the community's awareness in environmental protection, creating a strong impression and spreading in society.

In addition, many models have also been replicated by the Youth Union of Tan Ly Dong commune such as: "Lighting up the countryside roads", "Millions of social security bags"... Thereby, affirming the role of the Youth Union in participating with local authorities in building a civilized urban lifestyle, a cultural and healthy environment.

Secretary of the Youth Union of Tan Ly Dong commune Nguyen Thanh Trung said that with the spirit of solidarity and creativity of cadres and young union members in the whole commune, promoting the fine traditions of the homeland, the work of the Union and the youth movement of the commune have many new developments, comprehensive changes, and achieved many positive results.

Typically, the movement "Tan Ly Dong Youth join hands to build new rural areas" has been widely deployed with many practical contents, clearly affirming the role and mark of youth in building new rural areas.

In recent times, the Commune Youth Union has organized many meaningful activities such as lighting candles in gratitude at the martyrs' cemetery, taking care of families with preferential policies, coordinating periodic health check-ups and providing free medicine to people in difficult circumstances, organizing the Mid-Autumn Festival for children...

In particular, the Commune Youth Union organized the program "Lighting up the dreams of Vietnamese youth", "Shining Vietnamese willpower" to give many gifts to students from poor households, overcoming difficulties and studying well in Tan Ly Dong commune.

Not only stopping at social work and community activities, the Youth Union of Tan Ly Dong commune also connects with units to organize consulting activities, career guidance, job introduction for the Youth Union, encourage the Youth Union to learn a trade, participate in labor export, open various types of business, services, and economic development models. The Youth Union of the commune mobilized the Youth Economic Development Support Fund for 72 million VND and awarded 6 savings books (6 million VND/book) from this support fund to 6 young people in the commune.

The work of caring for andeducating teenagers and children with many activities and movements is effectively organized by the Youth Union of Tan Ly Dong commune. In particular, it focuses on nurturing the young generation of the commune to develop healthily and comprehensively, with revolutionary ideals, patriotism, ambition, aspiration to rise up, build morality, a clean lifestyle, and awareness of law compliance. At the same time, it creates a favorable environment for the young generation of the commune to strongly promote their aspirations to contribute, bravery, pioneering role, initiative, and creativity in many fields to achieve high results.
