Stripping Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien of the title of 'Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face'

The Central Youth Union has just decided to strip Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien of the title "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face" in 2021.

Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was prosecuted for deceiving customers.

According to the Central Youth Union, pursuant to Article 9 of the Regulations on the "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Faces" award issued together with Decision No. 1429-QD/TWĐTN-BTG dated November 23, 2021, regulations on handling violations are as follows:

In case a person who has been honored and received the "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face" award commits serious violations within 5 years of receiving the award, the Standing Committee of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Young Talent Support Fund will propose to the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union to decide to strip that person of the "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face" title and make it public in the mass media.

Therefore, the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union decided to strip Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien of the title "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face" in 2021 due to violations that led to prosecution.
