At the propaganda session, more than 1,700 cadres, party members, teachers and students of Ngo Gia Tu High School were provided with information on the position, role and importance of Vietnam's seas and islands; the recent situation in the East Sea; forecasts of the situation and directions and tasks of protecting sea and island sovereignty in the coming time; the viewpoints and policies of the Party and State in protecting sea and island sovereignty and resolving disputes at sea.

In addition, the center's reporters provided advice and information related to training majors, conditions, processes, and procedures for registration to the Naval Academy; policies and regulations to attract high-quality human resources to provide career guidance for students who wish to serve and build the Navy, contributing to firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea, islands, and sacred continental shelf of the Fatherland.
