At the conference, more than 150 delegates who are members of the Women's Union of the grassroots trade unions of enterprises under the Bo Trach District Labor Federation were informed about a number of topics related to the law on traffic safety and order; social insurance policies, health insurance and health care for female workers.

Through the conference, the aim is to promote the self-awareness of union members and employees in complying with the law on traffic safety and compulsory insurance policies, contributing to ensuring the rights of union members and employees and building harmonious working relationships in units. At the same time, raise awareness of health care and some common diseases in women, thereby helping female workers take proactive preventive measures.
