BAC NINH - In order to meet the increasing travel needs of officials and people, the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh is urgently deploying a bus route connecting Kinh Bac Cultural Center (Kinh Bac Ward) to Bac Ninh Bus Station No. 1 (old Bac Giang Bus Station).

The Department of Construction leader said that the unit has just organized a bidding process, then will bid to select an operating company and carry out the following procedures. It is expected that in the third quarter, the bus route will be put into operation with a frequency of 60 trips/day.

The planned route includes: Kinh Bac Cultural Center - Ngo Gia Tu Street - Bac Ninh Bus Station No. 2 (Old Bac Ninh Bus Station) - O Gate - Nguyen Van Cu Street - Le Thai To Street - Ly Thai To Street - 6-way roundabout - Tran Hung Dao Street - Dai Phuc overpass - National Highway 1A - Nhu Nguyet Bridge - National Highway 1A - Highway 1A service road - Xuong Giang Bridge - Hung Vuong Street - intersection of Truong Chinh Street and Hung Vuong Street - GO! Supermarket - Hung Vuong Street - Xuong Giang Street - Bac Ninh Bus Station No. 1 (Old Bac Giang Bus Station) and vice versa.

The starting point of the route is at Kinh Bac Cultural Center (in Kinh Bac Ward) and ends at Bac Ninh Bus Station No. 1 (in Bac Giang Ward). It is known that this bus route will operate in a closed form, prioritizing the use of electric vehicles to contribute to environmental protection.

At the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee last July, Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Construction to speed up the progress to soon put the bus route into operation; create favorable conditions for people, especially officials and civil servants, to travel, contributing to promoting local socio -economic development.
