Expressing his feelings, Thao Nguyen said that when news of his participation in the exchange with students spread, the school's registration link quickly became overloaded.

This businessman also told his own story, from the process of applying for the position of financial inspector of Boeing Subcontractors. At that time, he was only 35-36 years old, with only a bachelor's degree from Seattle University (USA). While hundreds of other candidates were 50-60 years old with degrees and a lot of experience.

He applied, the recruiter looked at his profile and asked him a question: "Do you think our system needs to be fixed?" With his sharp financial skills, he pointed out loopholes in the tax reporting system, made a strong impression on the Board of Directors and was hired immediately.

The reason he told this story is because he believes that students who want to do business must know finance and must know how to read financial reports to know where the loopholes are.

This is not the era of "bookworms", no one forbids you from going to coffee shops and having fun, but you must know how to take advantage of the 4 years of university, spending at least 80% of your time in the classroom absorbing knowledge from teachers.

Don't underestimate AI, because if you don't adapt and develop faster, AI is completely capable of replacing you. This means that many students may even be unemployed before graduating because AI takes their place."

Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen - founder and chairman of the Inter- Pacific Group (IPPG) - is one of 16 individuals named "Person of the Year 2024" by the British magazine.

He was honored by The Moodie Davitt Report for his contributions to aviation, tourism, duty-free retail and luxury goods in Vietnam.

Johnathan Hanh Nguyen truly opened Vietnam to the world after the embargo by convincing President Marcos (Philippines) to allow a Vietnam Airlines jet to take off from Ho Chi Minh City to Manila on September 9, 1985.
