Closely monitor warning bulletins, natural disaster forecasts, and weather to promptly and regularly notify and guide the authorities and people to proactively respond to bad weather such as: severe cold, frost, frost,... that may occur in the coming days.
Focus on directing the implementation of measures to ensure safety for people, especially the elderly, children, and students; limit outdoor activities in cold weather; do not use coal stoves to heat closed rooms; avoid incidents that cause damage to people and property.
Strengthen propaganda and guidance for livestock households on hygiene, strengthening barns, covering and keeping warm, proactively stocking food to prevent hunger and cold; deploy plans to move free-range livestock to barns in necessary situations to ensure safety; provide guidance on disease prevention and control for livestock, poultry and aquatic products.

Organize the on-duty team seriously and promptly synthesize reports on the situation of natural disasters and damages to the Provincial Civil Defense Command (through the Department of Agriculture and Environment) for synthesis and reporting according to regulations.
