Nha Trang City People's Committee has just sent a report to the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction on reviewing houses and land to include in the plan to auction land use rights in Nha Trang City.

According to the report, the land and housing facility at 35 Yet Kieu (Van Thang Ward) with an area of ​​over 900m2 has been included in the plan for auctioning commercial and service land by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee. After reviewing, the People's Committee of Nha Trang City proposed not to auction this land area but to use it to invest in expanding the headquarters of the People's Committee of Van Thang Ward; at the same time, auction the land use rights of the current headquarters of the People's Committee of Van Thang Ward on Quang Trung Street with high land value. Therefore, the City People's Committee proposed not to auction this land but to make it into a park. For the land plot in Phuoc Dong Commune, recovered from Cat Phu Company Limited, with an area of ​​3.54ha, the Department of Planning and Investment proposed to include it in the auction plan for commercial and service land purposes, but according to the approved Land Use Plan to 2030 of Nha Trang City, this land belongs to the traffic land planning. The province's orientation is to plan this area as a parking lot, so the City People's Committee proposed not to auction this land area.

For the land plot at 310 Nguyen Tri Phuong, 0.72ha wide, the Department of Planning and Investment has included it in the auction plan for commercial, service andeducational land purposes. According to the Land Use Plan until 2030 of Nha Trang City, this land plot belongs to the planning for land for construction of educational and training facilities; a part of the area of ​​about 580m2 belongs to the planning for commercial and service land. The City People's Committee proposed not to auction this land area, retaining the land fund for investment in school construction. For the land plot at the intersection of To Hieu - Truong Son (Vinh Truong Ward) with an area of ​​0.43ha, the Department of Planning and Investment has included it in the auction plan for urban residential land purposes. Through reviewing the current status of Vinh Nguyen - Vinh Truong Residential Area, the indicators for public works are still low. Therefore, the City People's Committee proposed not to auction this land area, which is expected to be used as a park.

The land recovered from the Central Metal Joint Stock Company (Vinh Nguyen Ward) with an area of ​​0.65ha and the land recovered from the Hoan My Seafood Company Limited (No. 45 Truong Son Street, Vinh Truong Ward) with an area of ​​0.53ha are not suitable for planning to conduct auctions of land use rights for commercial and service purposes.
