Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises held a meeting to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Party Inspection sector's tradition day.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Tan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises spoke at the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Tran Cong Bang - Chairman of the Party Inspection Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc approved the propaganda document commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Party Inspection Sector's Traditional Day October 16, 1948 - October 16, 2023 of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Duyen - Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission reported on the results of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission's activities since the merger; the results of the implementation of the Party inspection, supervision and discipline tasks in the first 9 months and the direction and tasks for the last 3 months of 2023.

After successfully merging and organizing the 8th Congress of the Party Committee of the State Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc was approved by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, consisting of 7 comrades. Implementing the Resolution of the 8th Congress, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc proactively coordinated with advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee of the Bloc to advise the Standing Committee to organize thematic inspections and conclusions for 23 grassroots party organizations and 8 individuals; thematic supervision and conclusions for 19 party organizations and 8 individuals.

Carrying out the inspection and supervision tasks according to the Party Charter, the Party Inspection Committee of the bloc and the grassroots Party Committees proactively grasped the inspection situation and concluded when there were signs of violations against 75 Party organizations and 59 individuals; inspected lower-level Party organizations to carry out inspection tasks and enforce discipline against 140 Party organizations; inspected the collection and payment of Party fees and the use of Party activity funds for 136 Party organizations; supervised 142 Party organizations and 68 Party members on specialized topics; and disciplined 17 Party members.

Through inspection and supervision, the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee of the Bloc study current regulations to help the Standing Committee issue a set of model regulations for the Party Committees and the Inspection Committees at the grassroots level to develop working regulations and guide the implementation of unified internal spending regulations throughout the Party Committee of the Bloc.

The quality of inspections and supervisions has been improved; when signs of violations were detected, they were promptly inspected, reviewed, resolved, and strictly handled. The failure to hold regular meetings of the Party Committee, Party cell, and Standing Committee of the grassroots Party Committee as well as the recording of meeting minutes, Party cell meeting notebooks, and training commitments of Party members, the implementation of working regulations, the management of Party cell activities by the Party cell, the declaration and disclosure of assets and income, etc. have been rectified.

Conference overview.

In the first 9 months of 2023 alone, the inspection and supervision work of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the grassroots Party Committee was proactive, closely following the set programs and plans and continued to be strengthened; 8 party members were disciplined.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Tan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Block hopes that the staff of the Inspection Committee will continue to promote the glorious tradition of the sector, make efforts and strive to complete the assigned tasks well. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the inspection and supervision work must ensure proactiveness, be conducted regularly, comprehensively, objectively, publicly, democratically, cautiously and strictly; attach importance to prevention, focusing on construction; promptly detect, remind, correct and prevent violations.

Advise and guide lower-level Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Committees to strengthen inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline against grassroots Party organizations and Party members according to the Resolution. The team of officials doing inspection work must have a firm grasp of professional expertise, sufficient capacity, and prestige. Assign Party Committee members of the Bloc to be in charge, attend meetings with Party committees, Party cells, and grassroots Party organizations to promptly grasp the situation and remove difficulties and obstacles for the assigned grassroots.

At the conference, the representative of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission approved Decision No. 1182-QD/UBKTTW of the Central Inspection Commission on awarding the "For the Party's Inspection Cause" medal. According to this decision, 29 cadres and party members of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc were awarded the "For the Party's Inspection Cause" medal.
