Tan Chau High School Party Cell: Strengthening student party member development

Tan Chau High School Party Cell held a ceremony to admit new party members.

With the motto "Developing party members is a regular task with long-term strategic significance", Tan Chau High School Party Cell has developed a specific plan and assigned party member development targets to each professional group and organization. In particular, the Party Cell focuses on discovering and nurturing outstanding masses among young teachers and grade 12 students with good moral qualities, learning ability and high sense of striving.

From 2020 to 2025, the Party Cell sent 22 students to attend the Party awareness class, and proposed that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee consider and decide to admit 10 student Party members; in 2025 alone, 7 student Party members were admitted, exceeding the target assigned by the superiors. All students admitted to the Party had outstanding academic and training achievements, demonstrated a sense of responsibility, a high sense of organization and discipline, and actively participated in the school's emulation movements.

Along with recruiting new Party members, the Party Cell has done a good job of political and ideological education, creating a clear change in the awareness and actions of cadres, teachers and students. The exemplary role of Party members has been clearly promoted, creating a favorable environment for the masses to follow and strive to join the Party.

The results achieved in the work of developing party members in the past time are a testament to the correct leadership, solidarity and constant efforts of the Party Cell of Tan Chau High School, continuing to affirm the comprehensive leadership role in the school, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party organization.
