The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province supervises the handling of responses to voters' and people's opinions and recommendations at Ninh Thuan Power Company.

On August 23, the Supervisory Delegation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee led by Comrade Le Van Binh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, had a supervision session on the handling of responses to voters' and people's opinions and recommendations at Ninh Thuan Power Company.

From 2022 to June 30, 2023, Ninh Thuan Power Company received 57 opinions and recommendations from voters and people focusing on issues such as: Investing in developing the power grid; repairing and upgrading the power grid; relocating transformer stations and power poles; electricity bills, electricity usage standards, reducing electricity bills and bundling telecommunication cables... Of which, 29 recommendations have been considered and resolved; 28 recommendations are in the process of being considered for resolution. Through the process of resolving opinions and recommendations from voters and people, the company also encountered some difficulties and obstacles, especially the development of additional power grids, most of which are located in rural and mountainous areas, with sparse population density and far from the existing power grid, so the investment is ineffective. Ninh Thuan Electricity Company proposed that the Provincial People's Committee create favorable conditions to arrange budget capital from the Government 's national target program to invest in the power grid, meeting the electricity needs of people in the province.

Concluding the supervision session, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee highly appreciated the sense of responsibility as well as the effectiveness of the leadership and direction in resolving the opinions and recommendations of voters and people of Ninh Thuan Power Company in the past time, contributing significantly to stabilizing the lives and production of people in the area. In the coming time, he suggested that the unit should propose solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations, review the operating mechanism to resolve opinions and recommendations of voters and people to have more reasonable and quality adjustments and supplements; promote propaganda and mobilization work to raise people's awareness of safe and economical use of electricity. With the opinions and recommendations of voters and people still lingering, it is necessary to advise and coordinate with local authorities to promptly resolve difficulties, especially in the process of resolving recommendations, it is necessary to survey the reality, find out the causes so that the resolution process is thorough, clear, creating the highest consensus; There is a mechanism to monitor and evaluate the level of people's satisfaction with the handling of opinions and recommendations related to the industry. For some proposals and recommendations of the company, the delegation recorded, synthesized and sent them to the competent authority for consideration and resolution.
