Provincial People's Committee works with RAMID Group (Korea)

On the afternoon of December 18, 2024, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, received and worked with RAMID Group (Korea) to listen to the report and learn about investment opportunities in resort tourism and golf course projects in the province. Attending the meeting were Mr. Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities.

At the meeting, the representative of RAMID Group said that the group was established in 1980 and operates in the field of hotels, resorts and golf courses in Korea. RAMID Hotel & Resort has developed brands such as Ramada, Miranda Hotel, MsClub, Victoria Hotel & Wedding, Flamingo Country Club, MsClub, Goldhill country club. As a pioneer among developers, RAMID GROUP has been proud and confident in applying many different brands. Since launching the high-end brand BOTANIQUE in 2021, RAMID has expanded its scope. Continuing to promote by connecting with many real estate-related fields, RAMID Group will establish an integrated platform to develop new real estate and will present a suitable model for the future. Currently, Ramid Group has invested and put into operation 4 hotels, including 1 6-star hotel; 2 golf clubs, 2 golf courses and 1 practice facility.

Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee works with Ramid Group (Korea)

Through surveys and practical research in Ninh Thuan, Mr. Moon Byung Wook, Chairman of the Group, highly appreciated the investment environment in Ninh Thuan. With its experience, the Group always aims to invest and build projects with the criteria of protecting the environment and ensuring a healthy life for local people. The Group commits to having sufficient financial capacity and hopes that the province will create more favorable conditions in finding investment opportunities for resort tourism projects and golf courses in the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, always attaches importance to investors from Korea and recently many Korean investors have come to Ninh Thuan to seek investment and cooperation opportunities for mutual development. He also highly appreciated Ramid Group's interest in studying, surveying and researching the fields that the province has advantages in and hoped that Ramid Group would research and invest in the fields that the province has advantages in, in line with the strategic orientation and strengths of the Group.

He said: Ninh Thuan is facing new development opportunities, the National Assembly and the Government have issued policies to invest in a number of key national projects. The construction of an inter-regional industrial and renewable energy service center in Ninh Thuan; the North-South expressway connecting the province will be completed in April 2024 along with the 105 km long coastal road from Binh Tien to Ca Na has been completed and put into use; the connection to Cam Ranh International Airport is only 60 km away, which is a favorable condition, increasing the development connectivity between Ninh Thuan and the provinces in the South Central region, the Southern key economic region and localities across the country, bringing important significance to the province and multi-faceted benefits for the socio-economic development of the locality, contributing to strongly promoting the potential advantages of the province. Currently, the province focuses on prioritizing investment in developing the following sectors: Energy and renewable energy; High-quality tourism; Processing and manufacturing industry; High-tech agriculture; Construction and real estate market. These are both the strengths of Ninh Thuan and the trend of Vietnam as well as many countries in the world that have chosen to move towards the "green and clean" economic model. At the same time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion to be the focal point to support, provide information and guide investors on procedures related to the project to promote investment cooperation opportunities in the province. In addition, he also committed that Ninh Thuan province will create the most favorable conditions for the Group in the process of research, survey, information collection, implementation of investment registration procedures, investment incentives in the direction of ensuring the best interests of investors to exploit and effectively promote the potential and development advantages of the province in the coming time./.
