This year is the first year that Hoa Binh province organizes the Mien Doi Terraced Field Festival in Lac Son district. The festival is scheduled to take place in late October and early November with activities to experience indigenous culture and introduce the landscape and beauty of Mien Doi commune's terraced fields.
