MC Quyen Linh (right, front row) accompanies "Going back to the countryside to get rich" throughout.

MC Quyen Linh is the main companion, along with artists: Thu Ha Ceri, Long Vu, Diep Lam Anh, Thanh Duy, Ngo Lan Huong... At each stop in a province or city, the artists will explore the natural landscape, enjoy local specialties and participate in the process of handicraft production or processing of specialties in traditional craft villages. They will have direct contact with the people, experience the work there and take on challenges from the program to become ambassadors for local products.

Like the first journey in Thanh Hoa, artists Quyen Linh, Diep Lam Anh, Thu Ha Ceri, Long Vu had a journey to explore the traditional fish sauce making village of Ba Lang with a history of nearly 400 years. Here, the artists participated in offshore fishing, worked as fish porters, sold fish to help people... All brought to the audience a vivid picture of life in the coastal area. There is hardship in making a living but there is always joy, optimism in life, and above all, love for the profession and attachment to the homeland.

The journey of discovery and learning how to make fish sauce in Ba Lang by the artists also opens up a lot of knowledge for the audience. From the sharing of the traditional craftsmen here, the audience has more understanding about how to make fish sauce, the unique characteristics of each type of fish, and the ways to create the traditional fish sauce flavor typical of Ba Lang. In particular, it is necessary to mention the use of "sweet salt" to ferment fish. "Sweet salt" is salt that has been left for 1-3 years, when the salt flavor is no longer salty or bitter, but becomes rich. The fish used to make fish sauce is fresh fish that has not been iced, and is transported directly from fishing boats. At that time, the fish sauce produced has a high protein content, and after 2-3 years of fermenting, the protein flavor and deliciousness increase and the fish sauce meets the standards.

On each journey, the artists will participate in each stage of production, from making fish sauce, sour spring rolls, processing fragrant fish sauce, to the art of stewing fish... all of which bring authentic and meaningful experiences. Meetings with local people not only bring real experiences but also open up touching stories about the life, culture and traditions of each land. Such as the journey to explore Hung Yen land in Cao village (Bao Khe commune), where there is a tradition of about 300 years of making incense. Here, each family has a family secret that makes their family's incense products have a unique herbal aroma. Here, the artists learn and learn how to make incense, feel the hardship and pride of the people here when they still maintain the traditional profession. The stories of the profession, the journey to preserve the traditional profession are shared simply and sincerely.

Not only exploring craft villages and local products, "Going back to the countryside to get rich" is also a journey to help local people connect and expand the market through digital platforms. Artists will directly livestream to sell goods, promote local products, or support the organization of exchanges, workshops... to spread hometown specialties.
