VFF tightens organization of final match of V.League 2024/25 season

V.League 2024/25 is entering the decisive stage.

In the announcement on May 8, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Football Federation Executive Committee requested the Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF) and all clubs participating in the tournament to maximize organizational work.

This is the time when every match has a decisive meaning for the championship, the ticket to the continental tournaments as well as the fierce relegation battle. For that reason, VFF emphasizes the importance of enhancing the responsibility of all related parties. From security and medical supervision to ensuring fairness in all decisions on the field, all must be carried out seriously and professionally.

VPF is tasked with strengthening supervision and closely evaluating the situation of each match, and must provide timely direction so that all organizational work can proceed smoothly. In particular, the Referee Board also received high requirements for improving responsibility and management capacity.

The appointment of referees must be based on actual ability and appropriate to the tension of each match. After each round, experience must be seriously reviewed to limit errors that may affect the final result. Even in "key" matches, the possibility of inviting international referees cannot be ruled out to ensure the highest objectivity.

In addition, the supervisors and referees need to maintain impartiality and accuracy in all situations, especially in matches with the support of VAR technology. In addition, VFF also expects the professionalism of the clubs, requiring the teams to educate players on Fair-play style, respect the referee's decisions and strictly comply with the tournament's regulations.
