Improving the quality of new rural areas and civilized urban areas

The intra-field traffic route connecting Quyet Tien village (Thach Lac commune) to Thach Tri commune has been concreted after 2 weeks of construction. This is an important intra-field traffic route, supporting the people of Thach Lac commune to be more convenient in agricultural production; at the same time, improving the synchronous infrastructure system, connecting with other infrastructures in the locality. The project was invested by the City People's Committee with a total budget of 1.2 billion VND.

Leaders of Thach Lac commune inspected the construction progress of the intra-field road from Quyet Tien village (Thach Lac) to Thach Tri commune.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh - Director of Bao Long HT Company Limited said: "The project includes pouring concrete on the road surface, building drainage culverts and other components. With the spirit of construction efforts, we have closely followed the progress, completed the items according to plan, and strived to hand over the project before the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19)".

Thach Lac is a coastal commune of Ha Tinh city, with many difficulties in internal resources. However, the Party Committee and the government have applied many flexible methods, maximizing internal resources in conjunction with mobilizing resources, gradually improving the infrastructure system, developing the economy, and firmly consolidating the criteria in building a new rural area. Since the beginning of the year, the city has prioritized investment in 3 projects for the commune (1 road and 2 culverts); the commune has also mobilized to expand and upgrade a number of intra-village roads, and improve the criteria of a model new rural residential area in Thanh Quang village...

Bao Long HT Company Limited is making efforts to speed up construction progress, striving to hand over the project before May 19.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and towards the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), Thach Lac commune launched a campaign for people to clean up the environment, renovate traffic routes, residential areas, and beautify community activity spots... The activities have created a bustling atmosphere and confidence for the people before the new transformation - implementing the arrangement of administrative units and organizing 2-level local government.

Mr. Ho Van Thoan - Acting Chairman of the People's Committee of Thach Lac commune said: "The spirit of the local leaders and the people of the whole commune is to trust and have great expectations for the Government's policy of rearranging administrative units; determined to carry out important political tasks in the locality well, without interruption or disturbance due to the rearrangement task. Up to now, the commune has completed 3/3 of the houses in the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, continuing to upgrade infrastructure, and consolidating traffic criteria. It is expected that from now until the end of 2025, the commune will upgrade an additional 5km of intra-field and intra-village roads, and build a 700m long concrete canal".

According to Ms. Tran Thi Dung - cultural and social officer of Bac Ha Ward People's Committee, in recent times, the ward has continued to direct the implementation of improving the quality of civilized urban criteria in the area. Along with projects invested by the city to renovate and upgrade major roads such as Nguyen Du, Nguyen Huy Tu, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh..., the ward has also launched movements calling on the whole population to clean up the environment, plant and take care of trees; upgrade the cultural house of the residential group; strengthen the management of urban order, construction order...

The project to renovate and upgrade the sidewalks and technical infrastructure of Nguyen Du Street (from Tran Phu Street to Nguyen Cong Tru Street) is under urgent construction.

From urban renovation projects to key and strategic projects, everyone is racing against time to achieve the highest completion rate of construction volume.
