A guest recently posted online a beverage bill at a luxury hotel in a famous beach resort in Ha Tinh. The bill included a “cup of iced yogurt” for 70,000 VND. Conflicting opinions immediately arose, raising concerns about damage to the tourism industry.
Indeed! In this land of Ha Tinh, just by intuition, a glass of iced yogurt costs 70 thousand, which is really hard to "listen to". Therefore, as soon as Facebookers posted it one after another, including account holders in Nghe An, Hanoi..., many Facebook users commented "freely". Criticizing everything! Of course, criticizing the price. Some people even calculated each ingredient that made up the glass of milk... How detailed and meticulous!

On the other hand, many calmer people analyzed the aspects of a glass of iced yogurt, where just the view can determine the price of the service. Many people then informed about the quite expensive service prices at famous tourist destinations in Da Lat, Ho Chi Minh City, Tam Dao, even in Ha Tinh City, there are still places selling a cup of coffee for 50 thousand... And of course, they do not sympathize with the way of posting invoices online that are difficult to determine the basis of right and wrong. For them, especially in tourism products, buying a product is buying a service, not simply buying raw materials.
The two extremes of “criticism” and “moderation” have been side by side like that for quite a while! Then, everything fell into silence. Right or wrong, no one knew. Winning or losing, of course, did not belong to anyone. However, the loss belonged to many sides. The person who posted that picture online received enough criticism; the service provider also suddenly had a scare.
More poignantly, when the frustrations of the subjects have gradually subsided, the immense sadness still lies at the sea, or rather, it occupies the hearts of those who invest in the smokeless industry! From a glass of iced yogurt, someone hastily attacked the price of the room service here, "hesitantly" about some things even though when booking a room, "you have to buy and sell". Guests come and go, experience becomes experience. Traveling a lot is enough to understand and be tolerant. Traveling less is not enough to understand.
In every conflict, the space where it takes place is always crumpled with the injuries left by the parties. What is the fault of the sea? Ha Tinh sea in general, and that poetic beach in particular, are still strangely beautiful, not worth receiving the sadness of the beneficiaries!
Ha Tinh tourism industry never stops investing every day, waiting every hour for the development of sea tourism. Especially, when the heat starts to burn, all levels, sectors and tourism workers never stop believing in a worthy achievement from the vast sea. The sea represents an open heart and boundless favor. I beg tourists from near and far, I beg investors not to let tourism suffer because of a lack of mutual understanding. The problem needs to be solved where it is, only those involved can solve it reasonably and emotionally. We cannot expect the community to "solve the problem", especially when the two sides have not sat down together.
The refreshing taste of that cup of yogurt is now only in my imagination, only the aftertaste of a little sour and a lot of astringency lingers and lingers near and far. Obviously, one should not go too far in an emotion that is not easily right!
