[Video] Vietnam pioneers in applying AI in healthcare

The signing ceremony of cooperation between the National Center for Health Information (Ministry of Health) and HealthAI Organization on October 24 in Hanoi marked an important step forward, applying AI to support diagnosis, treatment, data management and improve the quality of health care for people.

Vietnam has an advantage in applying AI in healthcare with three strengths including a strong product deployment team, ready medical data, and large actual demand.

In the medical field, all the knowledge of mankind, doctors and nurses accumulated over many years, is now synthesized through big data. This data is analyzed based on algorithms and computer technology, creating tools to support doctors and nurses to take better care of patients' health.
