The establishment of the National Advisory Council on Science , Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation is an important step, showing that the Party and State are paying great attention to this field.

The presence of leading technology corporations, especially internationally recognized "technology unicorns" such as MoMo and VNG, not only affirms the Party and State's trust in the role of the private sector in creating and leading the process of innovating the growth model, developing the digital economy and digital society, but also reflects the spirit of openness and receptiveness in absorbing initiatives from production and business practices.

These businesses, with active activities in areas such as providing technology solutions, artificial intelligence, and financial technology (fintech), are playing a key role in popularizing technology services to all classes of people.

Furthermore, bringing the voice of businesses into the policy-making process also helps to narrow the gap between planners and reality, creating conditions for new economic models to develop in the right direction, in line with global trends. Especially in the period when countries are focusing on developing the digital economy, technology unicorn enterprises can play a core role in the national innovation ecosystem.

Inviting prominent entrepreneurs and leading experts to join the Council is a step that demonstrates strategic thinking and innovation in policy making. This is not only a recognition of the efforts of the private sector and experts, but also a strong affirmation of the role of the State and enterprises, theory and practice, in building a knowledge-based economy, sustainable development and enhancing national competitiveness.

With the motto of developing science, technology and innovation associated with the country's needs and in line with global trends, the presence of technology unicorns and high-quality experts in high-level advisory councils will be an important catalyst for Vietnam to gradually realize the goal of becoming a developed, high-income country by 2045.
