On the afternoon of November 24, in Hanoi, Mr. Le Hong Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam , chaired a meeting with the delegation of the Central Political and Legal Commission of the Communist Party of China led by Mr. Wang Yixing, Deputy Secretary General of the Central Political and Legal Commission.
Expressing his joy at welcoming the delegation to visit and work in Vietnam, Mr. Le Hong Quang conveyed the warm regards of Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission and Mr. Le Minh Tri, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Commission to Mr. Tran Van Thanh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Central Political and Legal Commission of the Communist Party of China and leaders of the Central Political and Legal Commission.
Mr. Le Hong Quang emphasized that Vietnam and China are two neighboring countries with a long-standing traditional relationship, "both comrades and brothers," sharing many similarities in political regimes and development goals.
In recent times, the relationship between the two Parties and States has maintained the most positive, comprehensive and substantial development trend in decades. Especially during the Vietnam-China Humanitarian Exchange Year and on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, bilateral cooperation has continued to achieve many profound results in many fields.
On this occasion, he congratulated the Communist Party of China on successfully organizing the 4th Central Conference of the 20th tenure; assessing the Conference as having great significance with many major policies, especially the orientations for building the 15th Five-Year Plan, promoting "new quality production forces," creating qualitative changes in China's socio-economic development.

Regarding the direction of cooperation in the coming time, Mr. Le Hong Quang suggested that the two agencies continue to effectively implement the signed Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation, focusing on: maintaining delegation exchanges and regular exchanges to enhance trust and share practical experiences; the Chinese side supports training of specialized officials on internal affairs, law, anti-corruption, waste, negativity and judicial reform for Vietnam in appropriate forms; promoting information exchange, sharing experiences in building and perfecting institutions and laws on anti-corruption, waste, negativity and judicial reform; coordinating in contents related to national security and integrity education for cadres and civil servants.
Mr. Le Hong Quang expressed his belief that with the attention of senior leaders of the two Parties, the cooperative relationship between the Central Internal Affairs Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the Communist Party of China will continue to develop strongly and substantially; contributing to deepening the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and building a Community of Shared Future of strategic significance between Vietnam and China.
In an atmosphere of frankness, friendship and trust, the two sides exchanged experiences in internal affairs, protecting national security, maintaining social stability, preventing and combating corruption, waste, negativity and judicial reform.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vuong Di Tinh expressed his joy at the outstanding achievements that Vietnam has made in socio-economic development, building a socialist rule-of-law state and maintaining political stability in recent times; assessing these as very impressive results, demonstrating the correct leadership and strategic vision of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
He affirmed that China always attaches importance to and wishes to continue strengthening cooperative relations with Vietnam in general and with the Central Commission for Internal Affairs in particular; at the same time, he believes that the coordination between the two agencies will be increasingly effective, substantive, and in-depth, contributing practically to consolidating cooperation between the two Parties and two States and promoting the building of a Community of Shared Future of strategic significance between Vietnam and China./.
