- Paying hospital fees via QR Code: QR codes are placed at hospital cashiers or attached to each appointment slip, displayed on kiosks, websites and hospital registration applications. Patients/patients' relatives can use Mobile Banking applications of all banks to scan QR codes to pay hospital fees.

- Paying hospital fees via account identification code : Account identification code is set according to each hospital management criteria such as case code, patient code, department/room code. - Paying hospital fees via medical examination card : Medical examination card is used to pay hospital fees at the hospital and has the same payment function as a regular ATM card. Patients/patients' relatives use medical examination card to pay hospital fees right at the doctor's office or the paraclinical room without having to queue up multiple times at the cashier. Medical examination card links patient information, supporting patients/patients' relatives not having to re-declare information when returning for a check-up. Patients/patients' relatives can also use medical examination card to pay at the hospital's POS or Kiosk.

- Pay hospital fees by card via POS installed at the hospital cashier counter.

- Pay hospital fees through VietinBank's transaction channels such as VietinBank iPay e-banking application, VietinBank transaction counters: Patients/patients' relatives only need to provide/enter the patient code to look up the amount of hospital fees to be paid and make hospital fee payment.
