Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested leaders of ministries, branches and localities to urgently issue legal documents within their authority to stipulate the economic and technical characteristics of goods and services on the List of goods and services subject to price stabilization, state pricing and price declaration to ensure that information on goods and services is specified and clear as a basis for implementing price stabilization, state pricing and price declaration activities in a transparent and effective manner, serving well the work of state management of prices at the central and local levels.
For public services implementing the market price roadmap, State-priced goods (electricity, medical examination and treatment services, domestic air passenger transport services, textbooks, etc.), ministries, branches and localities need to proactively review price formation factors, carefully assess the impact on socio-economics, inflation, and targets to have a plan to adjust prices in line with market price developments in accordance with regulations with appropriate levels and timing of adjustment, avoiding cost-push inflation resonance, creating expected inflation for the economy.
The Prime Minister requested ministries, branches and localities to strengthen inspection of compliance with the law on prices to ensure that relevant agencies, organizations and individuals comply with legal regulations, ensure objectivity, transparency and timely detection and prevention of violations of the law on prices, unreasonable price increases, and strictly handle cases of price manipulation of goods and services, and inflated selling prices...
In particular, focusing on inspection and examination of compliance with legal regulations on price declaration and price posting, strictly handling violations according to legal regulations such as declaring incorrect selling prices, not declaring prices to competent state agencies, not posting prices or posting unclear prices of goods and services causing confusion for customers; selling at prices higher than the listed prices...
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has also just signed an official dispatch on focusing on cutting and simplifying administrative procedures in the construction sector.
The Prime Minister requested the Minister of Construction to focus on urgently reviewing, cutting, and simplifying 361 administrative procedures related to production and business activities, 447 business conditions under the management of the Ministry of Construction, ensuring a reduction of at least 30% of the time to handle administrative procedures, 30% of the cost of complying with administrative procedures, and 30% of business conditions in 2025, with attention paid to researching, reviewing, cutting, and strongly simplifying administrative procedures in the construction sector.
