Notably, the company plans to have a labor and salary plan for 2025 with a total salary fund of VND 2,752 billion. With an average number of employees of 10,234 people, each employee at CTR is expected to receive more than VND 22.2 million/month.
The Corporation also expects total revenue to increase by more than 10% to VND13,968 billion, with after-tax profit expected to be nearly VND563 billion - an increase of nearly 5% compared to 2024.

CTR was established in 1995, a member of the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group ecosystem.
In the market, CTR is known as the No. 1 telecommunications infrastructure leasing investor in Vietnam. As of the end of February, the company owned 10,114 BTS stations; 2.45 million m2 of DAS; 2,716 km of transmission; 16.92 MWp of solar energy. A total of 340 BTS stations have more than 02 network operators leasing locations.
According to the latest analysis report from Vietcap, CTR has strong growth prospects with a forecasted compound annual growth rate (CACG) of EBITDA reaching 31% in the period from 2023 to 2026. The leasing infrastructure segment is the main driver, with a CAGR of up to 58%, and is expected to contribute to the company's EBITDA from 30% in 2023 to 54% in 2026.
Vietcap also believes that the technological transition from 2G, 3G to 4G and 5G, along with the need to expand 4G coverage, will create a strong increase in demand for telecommunications infrastructure. It is forecasted that the number of CTR telecommunications stations will triple, reaching about 20,000 stations by the end of 2026.
On the stock market, Viettel Construction's CTR shares have a market price of over VND 103,500/share, with a market capitalization of nearly VND 11,838 billion.
