Viettel participates in developing aerospace product supply network

DNVN - On December 19, at the 2024 International Defense Exhibition, Viettel Equipment Manufacturing Corporation (VMC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Advanced Business Events (ABE) France and 3 Points Aviation Canada to participate in developing an aerospace product supply network.

According to the agreement, ABE, with 30 years of experience in Europe, commits to supporting Viettel in connecting with prestigious partners in the aerospace sector to promote cooperation and be ready to distribute products manufactured by Viettel to the US and European markets, thereby promoting the development of the civil aviation industry in Vietnam.

With 3 Points Aviation, VMC will have the first two orders for machining and surface treatment of precision mechanical parts for civil aviation in Canada.

VMC is the only Vietnamese enterprise to date that has full capacity to manufacture and supply aerospace products.

The cooperation agreement with ABE and 3 Points Aviation is an important step for Viettel in its goal of representing Vietnam to become a Tier 1 supplier (providing products directly in the supply chain) for the world's leading corporations such as Airbus, Safran, Boeing, expanding business capacity to major markets in Europe and America.
