Vinh Hung dialogues with people to build a synchronous and civilized ward

At the conference, delegates and people listened to a summary report on the socio- economic situation and Party building work in the first 10 months of 2025; a report synthesizing people's opinions in the ward; and a report responding to people's petitions.

Accordingly, the total estimated budget revenue for the first 10 months of 2025 of Vinh Hung ward is 15,600/19,150 million VND, estimated at 81%. After a period of operating the two-level local government model, the apparatus has basically operated stably and smoothly, with people agreeing and trusting.

Appreciating the fact that Vinh Hung ward organized open and frank dialogue conferences, representatives of residential groups and people in the ward continued to raise their reflections and recommendations on many issues: Progress in granting land use right certificates; traffic jams; flooding at some locations when it rains; land recovery not being implemented immediately causing waste; two-way management of party members...

After listening, the ward leaders chairing the conference answered, resolved, and accepted the people's opinions and recommendations on issues within their authority.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Hung Ward Pham Hai Binh said that this was the second dialogue conference (the first was held in the first month of operating the two-level local government model). In particular, the first Congress of Vinh Hung Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030 was held solemnly and successfully. To effectively implement the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress, the Ward Party Committee Executive Committee has developed 4 full-term work programs, covering many issues that people are interested in, such as: Infrastructure, environmental sanitation, urban order, administrative reform...

Concluding the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Vinh Hung Ward People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung respectfully thanked the people for their frank, practical and constructive opinions and recommendations.

Discussing solutions to overcome flooding in some areas in the ward, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung said that the ward has included this content in the medium-term public investment plan for 2026. In the coming years, possibly from 2026, many projects and major roads will be implemented simultaneously. Ward leaders hope that people will share temporary difficulties and shortcomings related to the environment, traffic, etc. during the construction process, in order to have synchronous and modern infrastructure works in the future.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung affirmed that the Party Committee and government of Vinh Hung ward always listen to and receive people's opinions and accompany the people in building the ward to develop synchronously, civilizedly, sustainably, and become a livable place.
