Vinhomes cooperates strategically with VTK, joining hands to create a standard Korean community in Ocean City

The signing ceremony was part of the event "Meet Korea - Meeting Korea 2025" held in Hung Yen, with the presence of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia, Korean Ambassador to Vietnam Choi Youngsam and leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, leaders of Hung Yen province, leaders of departments, branches, representatives of trade promotion agencies, Korean business associations, and hundreds of delegates who are Vietnamese and Korean enterprises investing and doing business in Vietnam.

According to the cooperation agreement, Vinhomes will research and offer housing and office rental service packages for VTK and the company's experts and leaders. The two sides will also cooperate closely to shape an ecological urban model connecting industrial parks, building a high-quality living and working environment, and creating a sustainable residential community in the model urban area of ​​Ocean City.

In addition, Vinhomes also coordinates with subsidiaries and companies in Vingroup 's ecosystem to provide comprehensive services to the community of Korean and Vietnamese experts working at the Hung Yen Clean Industrial Park invested by VTK, located in Hong Tien commune, Khoai Chau district and Xuan Truc commune, An Thi district, with a scale of more than 140 hectares.

Specifically, StaynFun provides dormitory solutions and living facilities such as swimming pools, parks, community living areas, etc. for VTK leaders. Vinpearl deploys industrial catering services, snacks and event venues, and offers special incentive programs for golf course services and golf practice areas for Korean businesses.

Vincom Retail introduces a rich utility system at Ocean City with shopping malls, commercial areas and many vibrant cultural and entertainment activities. With partner groups from Korea, VinWonders organizes many group tours and entertainment programs, both for cultural exchange and to strengthen internal cohesion.

When put into operation, Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City will meet the high-quality shopping, entertainment and recreation needs of the Korean community.

Vinmec will provide on-site medical services such as medical examination and emergency support right in the industrial park, and connect with Vinmec Ocean Park to organize periodic health examinations and vaccinations. Vinschool and VinUni education systems will accompany VTK to develop educational and training solutions for children of employees working in the industrial park, contributing to building a solid foundation for a long-term investment strategy.

VinFast has implemented preferential policies for personal and corporate electric vehicles, and has cooperated with Green Future to provide car rental and used electric vehicle purchase services. VinFast charging stations will also be quickly established within the Hung Yen clean industrial park, ensuring a convenient experience when using vehicles. In particular, VinBus will deploy internal bus routes and connecting routes from the Hung Yen clean industrial park to Ocean City, increasing flexibility and environmental friendliness in daily travel.
