VN-Index increased by more than 4 points, foreign investors returned to net buying

On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session increased compared to the previous session, reaching more than VND 17,185.04 billion.

Foreign investors unexpectedly reversed their net buying on the HoSE floor, netting 506 billion VND. On the buying side, MSN shares were bought the most (over 367 billion VND), followed byFPT (312 billion VND), NTL (158 billion VND)... On the contrary, STB was sold the most (126 billion VND), followed by CTG (49 billion VND), VPB (49 billion VND)...

In this session, the codes that contributed positively to VN-Index included: FPT contributed more than 2.3 points, VCB more than 1.2 points, MSN nearly 1.1 points.

Today's session, the VN30 group closed with 14 codes increasing, 2 codes remaining unchanged and 14 codes decreasing.

Of which, FPT increased by 4.65% to VND 141,700/share, MSN increased by 3.9% to VND 80,000/share, SAB increased by 2.3%, HDB increased by 1.67%, BVH increased by 1.5%, VPB increased by 1.48%, MWG increased by 1.25%.

Codes: BID, CTG, GAS, PLX, SSI, VCB, VJC increased slightly.

Two stop codes at the reference include: GVR, SSB.

In the opposite direction, STB decreased 1.61% to VND 33,600/share.

The remaining codes: ACB, BCM, HPG, MBB, POW,SHB , TCB, TPB, VHM, VIB, VIC, VNM, VRE decreased slightly by less than 1%.

In terms of industry groups, steel stocks traded the most negatively when covered in red. Of which, HMC decreased by 2.65%, HPG decreased by 0.91%, HSG decreased by 1.88%, NKG decreased by 1.59%, SMC decreased by 0.28%, TLH decreased by 1.25%, VCA decreased by 0.44%.

The group of securities stocks closed the session with most codes decreasing, of which AGR decreased by 1.08%, BSI decreased by 1.17%, CTS decreased by 0.5%, FTS decreased by 0.23%, HCM decreased by 0.82%, ORS decreased by 0.35%, TVB decreased by 0.22%, TVS decreased by 0.67%, VCI decreased by 2.67%, VDS decreased by 1.62%, VIX decreased by 1.66%, VND decreased by 0.66%. * The Vietnamese stock market index maintained its upward momentum throughout the session today, with the VNXALL-Index closing up 7.65 points (+0.36%) to 2,134.98 points. Liquidity with trading volume reached 675.69 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND 18,711.92 billion. In the whole market, there were 149 stocks increasing in price, 106 stocks remaining unchanged and 201 stocks decreasing in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 231.29 points, down 0.48 points (-0.21%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 43.51 million shares transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND 834.26 billion. The entire floor had 62 stocks increasing, 76 stocks remaining unchanged and 80 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed down 2.30 points (-0.45%) to 503.26 points. Trading volume reached about 26.09 million units, equivalent to more than VND649.36 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 9 stocks increasing, 7 stocks remaining unchanged and 14 stocks decreasing.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 92.57 points, up 0.12 points (+0.13%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 31.04 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 446.92 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 157 stocks increasing, 107 stocks remaining unchanged and 99 stocks decreasing.

* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 4.51 points (+0.35%) to 1,286.36 points. Liquidity reached over 720.08 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND18,471.41 billion. The entire floor had 163 stocks increasing, 69 stocks remaining unchanged and 206 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index increased by 8.61 points (+0.64%) to 1,360.58 points. Liquidity reached over 310.67 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND10,781.46 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 14 stocks increasing, 2 stocks remaining unchanged and 14 stocks decreasing.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume are VPB (more than 45.23 million units), TPB (more than 34.47 million units), VIX (more than 27.57 million units), HPG (more than 23.82 million units), MSB (more than 21.01 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increase were CLW (6.11%), VFG (5.63%), CVT (5.19%), CMG (4.90%), FPT (4.65%).

The five stocks with the biggest price declines were DTT (-6.98%), MCP (-6.93%), COM (-5.94%), CCI (-4.52%), ACC (-4.38%).
