At a lavish party recently held by designer Manish Malhotra in Mumbai, India, Nita Ambani, wife of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, stunned everyone when she appeared with a Hermès Sac Bijou Birkin bag worth 2 million USD (about 52.6 billion VND), which was crafted with great sophistication.

Nita Ambani (born 1963) is the wife of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries Group, considered one of the most powerful and richest women in Asia.
She is a social activist, entrepreneur and arts patron, founder of Reliance Foundation, India's largest charitable foundation, and president of the Mumbai Indians football club.
Nita Ambani is famous for her sophisticated fashion sense, often appearing at international events with the world's top luxury jewelry and accessories.
Appearing with her two daughters-in-law Radhika Merchant and Shloka Mehta, Nita Ambani chose for herself a traditional Indian sari outfit with a sparkling silver sheen designed by Manish Malhotra, combined with rare heart-shaped emerald jewelry.
However, the accessory that made the media explode was the Hermès Sac Bijou bag, the most luxurious version of the famous Birkin bag line.

According to Sotheby's, the Sac Bijou bag is the most expensive Hermès Birkin ever made, with only three in existence. Each is tiny, has little practical value, but is worth millions of dollars on the market.
The bag was designed by Pierre Hardy, Creative Director of Hermès' high jewelry division, and launched in 2012 as part of the Haute Bijouterie collection.
The entire body of the bag is crafted from 18k white gold, the handle and lock are covered with 3,025 diamonds with a total weight of 111.09 carats.
Notably, the Sac Bijou is not a regular handbag, but is designed to be worn as a bracelet, meaning “wearable sculpture” rather than fashion accessory.

At the party, Nita Ambani paired the bag with a silver sequin sari with a cross-pattern pattern, which flattered her figure and brought a modern yet traditional beauty. She coordinated the outfit with heart-shaped Colombian emerald earrings and a diamond and emerald bracelet from her own collection.
Her makeup style was also praised by local media as natural and youthful. She used light lipstick tones, accented with silver eyeshadow, thick eyelashes and elegantly tied hair.
According to Business Today, Nita Ambani's appearance at this year's Diwali party was considered the "peak of luxury and sophistication", as she harmoniously combined traditional costumes, diamond jewelry and an upper-class aura.
On social media, the image of Nita Ambani carrying the "world's most expensive Hermès bag" quickly became the center of discussion, cementing her title as "the richest woman in Asia".

In addition to the platinum version of the Sac Bijou bag, there is also a version crafted from gold and studded with diamonds, with a similar price, around 2 million USD.
Despite its small size, the Birkin Sac Bijou still functions like a regular handbag.
The flap of the bag looks like the crocodile leather version with beautiful "scales". Meanwhile, other parts such as the body of the bag, the handle, the H pattern on the lock, are all covered in diamonds.
There are only three diamond Birkin Sac Bijous left in the world, making this bag extremely rare.
In 2019, Hermès reissued the Birkin Sac Bijou bag in a version with black garnet and spinel, instead of diamonds.
