In the journey to improve customer experience, VPBank plans to upgrade its technology infrastructure to bring diverse experiences at every customer touchpoint.
According to the roadmap, VPBank plans to upgrade the system from 01:30 to 02:20 on May 26, 2025 (Monday) and will temporarily interrupt the following services:
1. Electronic banking services :
All transactions are made via the VPBank NEO, VPBank NEOBiz/NEOBiz Plus digital banking systems on website, mobile website and App versions.
2. Transactions related to CARD :
- Transactions using Debit cards issued by VPBank (transactions made from credit cards still operate normally).
- Automatic payment scheduling transactions via card, bill payments (via e-banking versions/platforms) using debit cards.
3. Payment transactions : Invoices, via POS/ECOM, collection/payment (domestic, remittance), public services/Tax/Customs, receive money 24/7...
4. Wallet linking services : True Money, Smartnet, VinID, ShopeePay, ZaloPay, EcPay, MOMO, VNPT , MPay, FinViet, Vietlot,...
5. Register for new services : Register for loans (credit, mortgage), valuation, open new/activate accounts, online identification (eKYC)
6. Chain financing services
The update timing has been carefully considered to have the least impact on Customer transactions. We hope that Customers will sympathize with any inconvenience in transactions during the above upgrade period.
