Around 2,000 guests from around the world were invited to London to witness the coronation of King Charles III. According to the Express, around 11,500 police officers were assigned to protect King Charles III at the coronation, making it the biggest security event in Britain.
The event began with the "King's Procession", with King Charles III and Queen Camilla riding in the Diamond Jubilee carriage, travelling from Buckingham Palace through the streets of London to Westminster Abbey.

The carriage procession was about 2 km long, much shorter than the 10.6 km journey that Queen Elizabeth II made more than 70 years ago.
King Charles III then took the oath of obedience to the laws and the Church of England, before ascending the throne, being anointed with holy oil and receiving the royal regalia. The coronation ceremony is scheduled to end at 7 p.m. (Vietnam time). King Charles III and Queen Camilla returned to Buckingham Palace in the "Coronation Parade", which took the same route but was larger than the "King's Parade" in the 260-year-old Gold State Coach.
At the end of the ceremony, members of the British Royal Family will appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to watch a flyover by military planes and helicopters from the British Army, Navy and Air Force.
More than 60 aircraft will take part in the event, some of which have been involved in counter-terrorism missions in the Middle East and Africa and in support of Ukraine.
