This is a practical project to celebrate the merger of commune-level administrative units, implementing two-level local government; at the same time, contributing to the completion of rural infrastructure, serving the travel and transportation of goods for people's production.
The rural traffic route in Binh Ninh hamlet is 600 m long, built with a scale of 200 m of concrete road surface, 2.5 m wide, 14 cm thick and 400 m of mixed stone structure, 2 m wide stone road surface. The total construction cost is 462 million VND; of which, households in the area contributed over 123 million VND; sponsors over 185 million VND, the Commune People's Committee supported 40% of the initial estimate of over 153 million VND.
At the inauguration ceremony, comrade Tran Hoang Tuan, former Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Cho Gao District, Tien Giang Province (formerly), now Secretary of the Party Committee of My Tinh An Commune, Dong Thap Province, awarded Certificates of Merit from the People's Committee of Cho Gao District and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cho Gao District, Tien Giang Province (before the merger) to outstanding collectives and individuals who have made many contributions to social security work in recent times.

The completed project not only contributes to changing the face of rural traffic, but is also a symbol of solidarity, affection and responsibility between the government, the Front and the people, especially in the context of An Thanh Thuy commune having just merged and is gradually stabilizing.
