Authorities help people re-roof their houses. |
On the night of July 21, a heavy rain and strong winds caused significant damage to residents of Binh Phu commune, Dong Thap province, blowing off the roofs of nine houses and knocking down many trees in the grounds of Tran Minh Chau Secondary School, the Ba Rai Victory Relic Site, and District Road 54B.
