Chan Hung Commune strives to 'reach the finish line' as a model new rural area by next October

Chan Hung Commune (Hai Phong City) called on cadres, party members, and people to uphold their sense of responsibility, actively participate in supporting, contributing efforts, and striving to complete the construction of a new model rural area by next October.

Chan Hung Commune organized the launching of the Peak Month of new rural construction in the area.

On the morning of September 6, Chan Hung commune launched the Peak Month of building model new rural areas.

Chan Hung commune was merged from 4 communes Bac Hung, Nam Hung, Dong Hung and Tay Hung. Before the merger, Tay Hung commune was completed and met the model new rural standards.

In the period of 2024 - 2025, the three communes of Bac Hung, Nam Hung, and Dong Hung previously implemented a model new rural construction project with two groups of traffic and civil works.

By early September, the construction progress of 50 traffic routes in the model new rural construction program in Chan Hung commune reached 70% of the plan.

As of early September, the progress of traffic construction in the commune has reached 70% of the plan. Contractors are urgently constructing the roadbed and drainage system, taking advantage of favorable weather to organize concrete pouring and road surfacing. The civil construction group has reached 26% of the plan, with urgent items such as medical stations, cultural houses, schools, etc. being focused on by the construction unit to speed up the progress and put into use soon.
