Kenh Tieu Trong Bridge, Van Thanh Hamlet, is 28m long, 3.5m wide, has a load capacity of 3 tons, and a total construction cost of 500 million VND, sponsored by the Kien Giang Association for the Protection of Poor Patients, mobilizing the Phoenix Fund.
In a series of activities for the 2026 Military-Civilian Tet to celebrate Chol Chnam Thmay in Hon Dat commune, the People's Committee of the commune coordinated with the Kien Giang Association for Supporting Poor Patients, the An Giang Provincial Farmers' Association and the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations to complete and put into use 3 traffic bridges.
On this occasion, the People's Committee of Hon Dat commune, the Kien Giang Association for the Support of Poor Patients and the Phoenix Fund presented 50 gifts to poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households in the commune (each gift worth 500,000 VND).
