Promoting the tradition of mutual love, officials and people of Krong Ana commune donated nearly 50 tons of goods, necessities and cash to support people in localities in the eastern region of the province to overcome the consequences of floods.

Accordingly, on November 24, the unit organized the first truck to deliver goods and necessities to Dong Hoa ward.

On November 25, gifts continued to be delivered to support people in Phu Mo and Hoa Thinh communes.

The vehicle carrying the gifts departed from the headquarters of the Party Committee of Krong Ana commune.

The gifts include rice, blankets, warm clothes, children's items, dry food, sausages, banh chung, mineral water, milk, personal hygiene items, cleaning tools, etc. and cash to support households in difficult circumstances whose houses have collapsed or been severely damaged.

The gifts were brought by canoe to flooded areas and handed directly to people.

Although Krong Ana commune itself was also heavily affected by the recent floods, the spirit of solidarity and noble deeds were still strongly promoted.

As of the afternoon of November 24, the entire commune had 598 flooded houses; more than 52 hectares of crops and perennial trees were flooded; 204 fish cages with a total output of 1,168 tons (worth more than 46.7 billion VND) were completely damaged. In addition, about 6.8 hectares of fish ponds (estimated damage of 2 billion VND) and many livestock and poultry of the people were also affected.

In the context of common difficulties, the joint efforts of the cadres and people of Krong Ana commune have spread the spirit of "helping each other", sharing difficulties, contributing to timely support for people in flood-affected areas to soon stabilize their lives.
