Solving problems related to the New Urban Area Project at the intersection of Cat Bi Airport

Voters of Gia Vien and Ngo Quyen wards (Hai Phong) proposed that the city find a way to remove and resolve problems related to the Cat Bi Airport - Intersection New Urban Area Project.

Notably, voters requested the city to pay attention to resolving the limitations directly related to the rights and lives of the people due to the Cat Bi Airport - Intersection Urban Area Project that has been implemented for many years, affecting the lives of hundreds of households.

On June 19, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 1916/QD-UBND approving the Project to adjust the detailed planning at a scale of 1/2000 (zoning plan) of the new urban area Nga 5 - Cat Bi airport in the direction of reducing the scale. For the area removed from the project planning, people want to be guided on the procedures for granting land use right certificates to ensure related rights.

Voters requested the city to pay attention to renovating and promptly repairing damaged items at HH Dong Quoc Binh apartment buildings; urgently arrange new housing for households relocated from 34 old apartment buildings in this area; expand An Da street, speed up the progress of the Quan Mau traffic intersection project; renovate the sidewalks of Le Hong Phong street; invest in building community cultural houses in residential groups; uniformly number house numbers; ensure environmental sanitation of An Da temple park...
